The courses are divided into three modules:
Landform:
Landform is the study of the external environmental conditions that exist in a domestic or
business property. Good landform principles are sought when selecting a new premises and in an
existing situation there ways to enhance conditions e.g. it is necessary to have good support behind
and if this lacking it can be improved by building a high wall or a large row of trees.
Pa Chai or Eight Mansions:
Once we have our landform correct by means of a compass and our birth year we are able to
determine our best directions and those to avoid. The facing of the house or business is positioned
to be the best entrance for the owner and thereby enhancing his or her fortune. The directions
concentrated on are where sleep, work, eat etc. The dimensions of desks and beds are important.
Flying Star:
This is the formula which employs the use of Chinese numerology and direction where once the
facing of the building is determined numbers are laid out in grid formation in a sequence that
resembles a star, hence the name. This is then placed over the plan of the house or business which
denotes what each sectors numbers are and this provides information as to which areas are best for
specific use and those that should be kept quiet.
